Terms
We accept cash on delivery (C.O.D.) and all major credit cards. Qualified customers may also be eligible for terms.
For both in-stock and out-of-stock items, our minimum order amount is $150.00 CAD.
All quotations have a 24-hour validity period and are liable to market fluctuations. Because our industry MOVES QUICKLY, you'll need to keep up. Companies compete for limited supply and stock products, thus, the amount of stock we have available changes hourly. Please be aware that we have no control over this. We can occasionally hold prices for more than 36 hours in certain exceptional circumstances.
Unless otherwise specified on our quotation, invoice, or COC, we give a 2-YEAR form, fit, and function warranty.
RETURNS:
You may return your parts without explanation if you are displeased with them for any reason within 10 days of delivery. We accept returns on items still covered by warranties; just get in touch with your account manager and give them your work order number and the details of the return. With your cooperation, we'll process a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns. Please be sure to package the material you're returning in its original packing and check to see if it may still be sold.
Monday through Friday, all parts orders received by 1 PM local time will be dispatched the same day through UPS or FedEx.
